			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amsterdam, 26 January 2012 – The EADS Board of Directors has met today for<br />
one of its regularly scheduled meetings in Amsterdam. During this meeting the<br />
following decisions have been taken:<br />
Chairman and CEO<br />
EADS N.V. announces that its Board of Directors has designated Tom Enders<br />
to take over the role of CEO when Louis Gallois steps down at the end of his<br />
mandate.<br />
Concurrently, Arnaud Lagardère will assume the role of Chairman of the Board<br />
presently held by Bodo Uebber.<br />
The change-over was prepared diligently by the Board and results from the<br />
application of the succession process under the governance of EADS, which<br />
was updated in October 2007. It will take place after the company’s Annual<br />
General Meeting (AGM) on 31 May, 2012. These new mandates carry a fiveyear<br />
term.<br />
Bodo Uebber, the Chairman of the Board, said: “Today’s decisions mark a very<br />
important milestone in the development of EADS. Having clarity about the<br />
Board and management positions enables EADS to build a bright future for the<br />
long term on solid foundations. I am very pleased and proud with the overall<br />
composition of the Board of Directors and with the appointments to the<br />
management team, especially with its multi-national character. I know that my<br />
successor Arnaud Lagardère and all of us share the same strong interest and<br />
ambitions for EADS.”<br />
EADS CEO Louis Gallois stated: “The management is grateful that the Board<br />
has taken these wide-ranging decisions, in a dispassionate climate, and timely<br />
to facilitate a professional transition. Tom Enders not only has a wide range of<br />
experience across our businesses, but strong leadership skills and charisma<br />
with an established track record. I am sure that he will extend his vision for<br />
EADS in the best interest of all its stakeholders and in particular of the great<br />
community of employees working together across our nations.“<br />
Sir John Parker, Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee,<br />
concluded: “It was with great satisfaction that through our succession planning<br />
process we have found such a wealth and breadth of talents inside EADS. We<br />
chose the right person for each of the open positions, to rise to the upcoming<br />
strategic challenges facing this Group, and maintain its hard earned leadership<br />
positions. It is regrettable that this generation of management could not yet<br />
incorporate female appointments, but I feel comforted that the next wave is<br />
showing some very promising prospective candidates for subsequent rounds of<br />
succession.“<br />
Other top management positions<br />
Following the recommendations of the Remuneration and Nomination<br />
Committee, the Board also announces further evolutions of the management<br />
team effective 1 June, 2012:<br />
• Fabrice Brégier will succeed Tom Enders and become CEO of Airbus,<br />
EADS&#8217; largest division, and Günter Butschek, presently Head of Operations<br />
of Airbus will be affected to the position of COO of Airbus.<br />
• Harald Wilhelm will become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of EADS,<br />
alongside his present role as CFO of Airbus, following the request of<br />
Hans Peter Ring to retire from the company and pursue other objectives.<br />
Hans Peter Ring will be preparing his successor for this transition over the<br />
next months, and will remain close to him as a senior advisor until the<br />
end of 2012.<br />
• Marwan Lahoud, whose mandate comes up for renewal, is reappointed as<br />
Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer (CSMO).<br />
• Thierry Baril will assume the role of Head of Human Resources (HR) for<br />
EADS; he will retain his duties as Head of Airbus HR together with his<br />
expanded responsibility. Jussi Itävuori leaves the company after ten years<br />
as Head of HR for EADS. He continues to represent EADS in the Board of<br />
Directors of Patria in Finland.<br />
Board of Directors<br />
As for the Board of Directors, most current Board members will stand for reappointment,<br />
carrying the experience gained over the last five years into the<br />
new Board. The following names will be proposed for appointment by the AGM:<br />
• Arnaud Lagardère, 50, Managing Partner of Lagardère SCA;<br />
• Tom Enders, 53, Chief Executive Officer of Airbus SAS;<br />
• Hermann Josef Lamberti, 55, Member of the Management Board of<br />
Deutsche Bank AG;<br />
• Sir John Parker, 69, Chairman of Anglo American PLC;<br />
• Michel Pébereau, 70, Honorary President of BNP Paribas;<br />
• Lakshmi Mittal, 61, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal;<br />
• Bodo Uebber, 52, Member of the Management Board of Daimler AG;<br />
• Wilfried Porth, 52, Member of the Management Board of Daimler AG;<br />
• Dominique D’Hinnin, 52, Co-Managing Partner of Lagardère SCA;<br />
• Jean-Claude Trichet, 69, Former President of the European Central Bank;<br />
• SEPI, the Spanish state holding company, will provide the name of the<br />
director representing it in the coming weeks.<br />
Juan Manuel Eguiagaray and Rolf Bartke have chosen not to stand for<br />
reappointment.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>(Teterboro, NJ, January 24, 2012) – Dassault Falcon’s newest Satellite Service Station<br />
recently opened, one month ahead of schedule, at West Palm Beach Airport (KPBI) in<br />
Florida. DAS &#8211; West Palm Beach is authorized by the FAA to perform “A” inspections up<br />
to the “4A+” inspection on the Falcon 50, Falcon 2000 and Falcon 900 family of aircraft<br />
as well as the Falcon 7X. EASA approval is expected within the next 30 days. Operators<br />
can contact our DAS – Wilmington facility to schedule their aircraft for maintenance.<br />
“This facility allows us to offer expanded service for all operators but will be especially<br />
appreciated by operators in the Eastern United States and Central and South America,”<br />
said Bob Sundin, Senior Vice President of Dassault Aircraft Services. “Dassault Falcon<br />
has been aggressively expanding our ‘footprint of service’ and this is a critical piece to<br />
our strategy.”<br />
In addition to the service station, a Falcon AOG ‘GoTeam’ is also located at the facility.<br />
A ‘GoTeam’ provides rapid mobile response directly to an aircraft location with the parts,<br />
tooling and personnel necessary to get an operator’s Falcon flying with minimal delay.<br />
AOG response time will now be reduced as the ‘Go Team’ will be able to respond within<br />
the region in a couple of hours.<br />
The facility in West Palm is part of a global support system which includes similar<br />
stations in St. Louis, Missouri; Luton-London, U.K., Rome, Italy; Moscow, Russia and<br />
Nice, France. The West Palm Beach facility has about $500,000 in tooling, equipment<br />
and Falcon spares in addition to a hangar, shop and offices for employees and<br />
customers.</p>

<p>A Falcon maintenance technician training program which blends CAE simulation-based theoretical instruction with the option for practical aircraft experience at Dassault’s factory is completing its second year in Bordeaux, France.<br />
The EASA approved four to five week B1/B2 training program began in January 2010 and has trained more than 200 Falcon 7X, Falcon 900EX EASy and Falcon 2000EX EASy technicians from around the world for Falcon operators, the Dassault front-line Customer Service Team and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities.</p>
<p>In addition to instructors with more than 25 years average experience, the theoretical program features CAE SimfinityTM simulation-based multi-screen classrooms, 360-degree virtual tours of the cockpit, aircraft cabin and service bays, a CAE Simfinity Integrated Procedures Trainer, and visits to the Dassault factory to visualize aircraft during early production stages and near final certification. Timed to coordinate with the CAE training schedule, Dassault Aviation also offers a two week follow-on EASA approved practical training course leading to a type-rating maintenance certification.</p>
<p>CAE has passed the rigorous requirements of Dassault Aviation’s Falcon Training Policy Manual (FTPM) quality system audit, the highest level attainable by a flight and maintenance training organization.</p>

<p><strong>SAVANNAH, Ga</strong>.,<strong> December 20, 2011</strong> — Capping a 14-year production run, the last super mid-size Gulfstream G200 business jet – the 250<sup>th</sup> – has rolled off the production line in Dallas. It will be replaced in the Gulfstream fleet by the all-new large-cabin, mid-range Gulfstream G280, which is scheduled to enter service in the first part of 2012.</p>
<p>The G200 was the first super mid-size business jet to enter the marketplace. It rolled out in 1997 and was certified by the Federal Aviation Administration in 1998. Seven years ago today, Gulfstream delivered the 100<sup>th</sup> G200.</p>
<p>With a cabin width of 7 feet, 2 inches (2.184 m) and a cabin height of 6 feet, 3 inches (1.905 m), the G200 has one of the largest cabins in its class. To date, the aircraft has been certified in 18 countries and has a dispatch reliability rate in excess of 99 percent. The fleet has flown more than 581,000 flight hours and completed more than 351,000 take-offs and landings.</p>
<p>Originally introduced as the “Galaxy” by Galaxy Aerospace (which was acquired by Gulfstream in 2001), the G200 was manufactured by Israel Aircraft Industries in Tel Aviv and then flown to Gulfstream’s Mid-Cabin Completions Center in Dallas for interior outfitting and paint. The last G200 is scheduled for customer delivery later this month.</p>
<p>The G200 set the standard for the new super mid-size category and quickly established an important market niche. It became a mainstay aircraft for NetJets and many corporate operators. It also opened new markets for Gulfstream in China, Brazil and elsewhere.</p>
<p>“The G200 took the basic cabin dimensions of a large-cabin aircraft and made them available to a broader market by offering a shortened eight- to 10-place, two-seating-area layout with solid transcontinental U.S. range,” said Stan Dixon, vice president, Mid-Cabin Programs, Gulfstream. “It led the category for its time, as will the G280 going into the future.”</p>
<p>The G280 offers the largest cabin and the longest range at the fastest speed in its class. The business jet is capable of traveling 3,600 nm (6,667 km) at Mach 0.80 and has a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.85. With an initial cruise altitude of 41,000 feet (12,497 m), the G280 can climb to a maximum altitude of 45,000 feet (13,716 m). Its 3,600-nautical-mile range means the G280 can fly nonstop from New York to London or from London to Dubai.</p>
<p>The G280 features an all-new, advanced transonic wing design that has been optimized for high-speed cruise and improved takeoff performance. At maximum takeoff weight, the G280 has a balanced field length of 4,750 feet.</p>
<p>While G200 production has ended, the product support organization will ensure adequate parts, tooling, sustaining engineering and people are available to continue providing Gulfstream’s industry-leading product support for the worldwide G200 fleet.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>FORT WORTH, TEXAS (December 15, 2011) – Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. company (NYSE: TXT), announced today it has delivered the first Bell 429 with a multi-mission configuration to Fairfax County, Virginia.</p>
<p>This is the first of two Bell 429s being delivered to Fairfax County. Their second Bell 429 is expected to deliver in the second quarter of 2012.</p>
<p>This multi-role Bell 429 is capable of completing missions for airborne law enforcement, helicopter emergency medical services and search and rescue. This one-of-a-kind, multi-mission configuration was completed at Paradigm Aerospace Corporation, a Bell Helicopter Customer Service Facility, located in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania.</p>

<p><strong>Melbourne, Florida, USA, December 8, 2011</strong> – The first Embraer Phenom 100 entry level business jet built at the Company’s new Melbourne, Florida assembly facility made its first flight today at Melbourne International Airport. The aircraft flew to an altitude of 41,000 and to speeds up to its MMO (Maximum Operating Mach number) with zero anomalies.</p>
<p>According to production test pilot Joao Rafael Silva, the two and a half hour post production evaluation flight went exactly as planned. The aircraft successfully flew designated items from the standard test card used to evaluate systems and performance of each Phenom 100 aircraft prior to delivery.</p>
<p><em>“We are very proud of the production flight test results,” </em>said Phil Krull, Managing Director, Embraer Executive Aircraft, Inc. <em>“This flight clearly shows that our Melbourne team is ready to carry on seamless production of the Embraer Phenom 100 with the same level of excellence as our colleagues in Brazil.”</em></p>
<p><em>“This is an extraordinary milestone for our Company” </em>said Robert Knebel, Vice President, Sales for North America, Embraer Executive Jets. <em>“To have one of our most successful aircraft built in Melbourne and flying across American skies embodies Embraer’s determination to build a strong footprint in the US.”</em></p>
<p>Embraer opened the Melbourne production facility in February 2011 and just last Monday, December 5th, inaugurated its 58,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Global Customer Center.</p>
<p><em>“This is a historic week for the Company,” </em>said Ernest Edwards, President, Embraer Executive Jets, “<em>The opening of Embraer’s global Customer Center on Monday, followed by today’s first flight of the first Phenom 100 built in the US, gives our customers, suppliers and friends a sense of our commitment to our promises and feelings of immense pride to all our employees.” </em></p>
<p>This first US-made Phenom 100, built for Kansas City-based Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 fractional provider Executive AirShare, is slated to be delivered before the end of the month.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jeff Habib Resigns to Become a Partner in a New Venture<br />
(Teterboro NJ, December 8, 2011) – Paul Floreck has been named Senior Vice President, U.S.<br />
and Canadian Sales at Dassault Falcon. He will replace Jeff Habib on January 13, 2012 who<br />
leaves to become a partner in a new New York City based investment firm whose focus is in<br />
aviation related opportunities.<br />
“Paul has proven himself to be a strong leader within Dassault Falcon and throughout the<br />
business aviation industry. Our customers value not only his insight into aircraft operations but<br />
the acquisition process,” said John Rosanvallon, President and CEO of Dassault Falcon. “He has<br />
the business acumen, product knowledge and reputation to lead a seasoned group of sales<br />
executives.”<br />
Rosanvallon continued, “It’s difficult to watch someone like Jeff leave the Falcon family. His<br />
contributions to our company and our industry are too many to mention. We wish him well on the<br />
next step of his career.”<br />
Floreck started with Dassault Falcon in 1996 as a sales engineer and was promoted to Inside<br />
Sales Manager, Western U.S. and eventually Regional Sales Manager serving the New York<br />
Metropolitan area. In 2007, he was named Vice President of Sales for Eastern U.S. and Canada.<br />
“Dassault Falcon is recognized throughout the world for designing and building the best and most<br />
efficient business jets on the market today,” said Floreck. “It’s been the highlight of my career to<br />
have a role in our success.”<br />
Prior to joining Dassault, Floreck was a senior consultant with Booz Allen &amp; Hamilton and a<br />
Senior Design Engineer and Operations Analyst at Lockheed Skunk Works. He started his<br />
career at Northrop Grumman as a Design Engineer.<br />
He holds a B.S. in Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an M.S. in<br />
Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University (NYU-Poly).</p>
